My assumption is that the board is reading the EEPROM on the FMC card at power up. The EEPROM lists a voltage of 2.5 instead of 1.8 which the ZCU102 can't provide so it just turns the VADJ_FMC off. From the ZCU102 User Guide, I can see that the voltage regulator that generates the VADJ_FMC voltage is programable.Connect the AD-FMCOMMS2-EBZ FMC board to the FPGA carrier HPC0 FMC socket.
