Hi - I have a whirlpool ultimate care II washer that filled with water but rather than agitating or spinning it just makes a clicking / ticking noise (not a hum, grinding or squeaking noise). In every setting that I tried it was the same clicking noise with no agitation or spinning. In fact I couldn't get it to drain either.15 - Whirlpool Washing Machine Shift Actuator.
