Moving Teams recordings to SharePoint/OneDrive without continuing to provide an editing capability was a bad idea. I tried the suggested method of downloading and trimming with MS Photos. This both removed the meeting header page and resulted in a file twice the size of the original. Trimming with Stream was a great feature.To do this, navigate to Teams Admin Center → Meetings → Meeting policies. Enable cloud recordings. Select the preferred policy. Select Global (Org-wide default) if you want to use the same recording policy for all the users. Then, go to Manage Users and add all the users. Check if Teams Recording is back.
