You effectively get a -2 ...The question is are those traits worth it in mid-lategame, when you are swimming in med supplies and can just fix trauma with a medkit on the go. Rather have the quirk which gives +2 med supply/day and unlocks all gardening stuff. ... This is the weirdest thing in SoD2.The enigmatic axe is the best heavy weapon in the game, has the best stats and a low weight, it takes out multiple Zeds at once and has a 1-2 hit kill depending on the timing, it also out damages the beetle mallet with a charged swing for some reason, literally op. It looks great too, like a Viking war axe.
