I have a 78 350 chevy with an Edlebock performer intake and cam. Edlebrock says to set the timing to 8-10 btdc deg. It was set to 14 deg and misfires at high rpm. I moved to about 11 deg btdc and the miss is worse. It crashes at 4000 rpm. Reminds me of lifter floating out. So I'm going back to maybe 15 or so to see if that is better..
