If it is the IWE grinding it's not urgent but it'll eventually grind itself out and the hub won't lock when you put it in 4x4. I assume you still have warranty being a 2016. I posted awhile ago about my '12 SCREW having an intermittent humming/vibration after I had both front lower ball joints replaced. It comes and goes, it only ever comes after being in park and will go away while driving.Try a road test pulling a hill, the longer the better. If you hear the noise select 4x4 high right away. If noise stops it "may be" the splines on the hubs slightly touching. Ford uses Vacuum to hold the locking hubs off, If vacuum is lost, like when pulling a hill, they try to slightly engage, thus the noise.
