Kaywood was home for me Kaywood its close to everything DC is right across the street you only 20 minutes away from the White House The apartments are older, but they are maintained perfectly by the maintenance staff. I know the men by name and their service is outstanding. They are fast, kind, and make sure your needs are met.But the apartments are spacious for the price, parking is stress-free, and maintenance is very responsive. PROS (1) RENT: Cheap!!! For a two bedroom, one bath, I pay $1015 a month, plus electric (which never runs me more than $60-70, even during the hottest/coldest seasons).
