Overview. Shaders are cosmetic items that apply a color scheme or texture to the player's equipment. Shaders may be applied individually to the following items: Non-Exotic Kinetic Weapons, Energy Weapons, and Power Weapons. Helmets, Chest Armor, Gauntlets, Leg Armor, and Class Items. Ghost Shells, Ships, and Sparrows. This would also allow us to spice up some of the lackluster ornaments in the game with our own color schemes. You can preview shaders on primary exotics via the shader inventory, so we know that it works. Let's see the slot actually added to weapons. Jade Rabbit looks dope af with lots of the shaders.
