In my experience, the warranty service is excellent. As with all guns, shooting brought out pros and cons. The 28" 20-gauge Royal weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces, which is a nice weight for a 12-gauge field gun but obese for a 20. A 20-gauge field gun ought to be around 6¼ pounds.
