I couldn't get the string to lock when I cocked it with my cocking rope. Every time I tried, it wouldn't click in. So I called Crossman/Centerpoint and spoke to a lady in customer service. I am new to CBN and to crossbows, but has a good shooting session yesterday with my new Advice for CP Sniper 370 Bolts. Very nice community and forum you here.
